Location
Brno

Brno, the heart of South Moravia, is a city where tradition meets progressive thinking, an academic background meets technological innovation, and local character meets global reach.
Its strategic location at the transport hub between Prague, Vienna, and Bratislava ensures Brno's exceptional accessibility and attractiveness for business. Thanks to its connection with the surrounding infrastructure and developing industrial and residential districts, it represents an ideal place for the dynamic development of modern companies.
Brno is known for its university and research tradition, top IT and engineering know-how, and a vibrant cultural scene. It is a center where new opportunities, projects, and partnerships with an international reach are born.
CITYSITE Brno builds on this energy. A modern multifunctional concept is being created on the premises of Vídeňská Street, which connects offices, showrooms, small warehouses, services, and leisure spaces into a single, flexible, and representative whole.
CITYSITE brings a new level of work and community environment to Brno – a place where companies can grow, innovate, and inspire their surroundings.
Revitalization of the Brownfield
CITYSITE is being developed on a long-declining site, which we are bringing back to life. Brownfield revitalization is part of our DNA. We focus on areas that others overlook. We transform these locations to meet ecological standards with an emphasis on sustainable development. Because only in this way can we preserve places for life for future generations.
History of
the Site

In 1997, the modern BIBUS administrative building was opened on the premises on Vídeňská Street.
A year later, the construction of the main five-story building was completed. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with external blinds and structured cabling for communication and computer technology.
Construction of a new warehouse hall
In 2005, a new 1000 m² warehouse hall was opened in the complex on Vídeňská Street.
Between 2014 and 2017, an extension to the administrative building was constructed within the existing complex.
In September 2025, the development and investment group CONTERA bought the complex on Vídeňská Street from Hampshire Brno, a member of the Hampshire Group, an American family office.
CONTERA wants to newly develop 18,300 square meters. The final state after the construction of new premises and all modifications should be approximately 30,000 square meters. The goal is to give the Brno complex a unified visual language. For CITYSITE, CONTERA prides itself on high-quality architecture and timeless design, which is also easily transferable.
Cílem je vtisknout brněnskému komplexu jednotný vizuální jazyk. CONTERA si totiž u CITYSITE zakládá na kvalitní architektuře a nadčasovém designu, jenž je navíc snadno přenositelný.
